Gulam Rabbani

Hyderabad, May 1: Honourable chief justice of high court has today adjourned the writ appeal that has been filed by V Raghunath, Shaik Saifullah and Gulam Rabbani advocates for exhuming and conducting re-postmortem on the dead bodies of the deceased till 11/5/2015 which is second vacation court.
During course of hearing when V Raghunath stated that there is urgency to exhume and conduct re-autopsy on dead bodies then Honourable Chief Justice was about to post matter on first vacation court i.e. 4/5/2015 but Advocate General Telangana stated he has to travel to supreme court during that date therefore he requested to post the matter on 11/5/2015, so there was no other option left over except to accept the same.
It is pertinent to mention here that it has been 20 days for the advocates who were struggling to convince the court that bodies are decomposing and it's urgent to exhume them but The Telangana State is coming up with excuses and court is accepting.
