Hyderabad, April 24:A photo exhibition called 'Cricket Connect' was inaugurated at Salar Jung Museum on Monday.
The photo exhibition features cricket relations between India and England as its theme, and is presented by the National Council of Science Museums in collaboration with the Union Ministry of Culture and The Nehru Centre, London.
A press release from Salar Jung Museum said the exhibition was part of a larger UK-India cultural initiative inaugurated in 2015 by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and former British Prime Minister David Cameron.
"The exhibition traces the long history of cooperation and competition between the two nations using the cricket narrative. It draws on a wide range of research, archival resources, images, visuals and audio clippings to showcase the historic cricketing relationship between India and England," the statement read.
