After his bail was cancelled by the High Court on August 22 this year, Mohammed Pahelwan filed SLP in Supreme Court which is followed up by ex-minister and senior advocate Supreme Court, Mr. Salman Khurshid. The 2-member bench of Supreme Court comprising of Justice Jagdish Singh Khehar and Justice Irwin Mishra after listening to the argument of senior advocate issued notice to the Telangana government. In its orders Supreme Court directed to link accused's earlier petition with the new petition.
