Mustafa's firing case hearing completed, police opposes bail petition

Vishwas News

Hyderabad, Nov 21:The hearing of bail petition of the accused in firing at realtor Mustafa case has been completed. The court reserved its decision till 27th November.
It may be mentioned that Zubair and other accused persons had filed bail petition in Ranga Reddy District Court, the hearing of which got completed on 19th November. Their pleader informed the court that fire was shot by their client accidentally and it was not an attempt to murder whereas Cyberabad Police opposed the bail petition and informed the court that the accused had opened fire and fled away. Since this is a very sensitive case, bail petition should be dismissed.
It may be noted that on 11th November Zubair and five of his companions had opened fire injuring Mustafa. Later, they had shifted him to Virinchi Hospital in Banjara Hills and then ran away. Cyberabad Police constituted special teams for their arrest. Cyberabad police has information of Zubair's hideout in Maharashtra. It is believed that police didn't arrest the accused due to their political patronage.
