Hyderabad's Zaggle aims to be $1 billion firm

Hyderabad, April 12:Although technology is the backbone of many corporates, but when it comes to handing out employee benefits and expense management, many still trust the age-old tradition of paper. Even companies like Sodexo and Vantage Circle have not been able to solve this problem fully. To provide a hassle-free platform for corporates to manage their expenses and at the same time provide required benefits to employees seamlessly, Raj N Phani started Zaggle.
The Hyderabad-based payments company focusing on groups connects consumer and corporate spends to merchants through its proprietary technology-based platforms like gift cards, group dining and concierge, perks and benefits; and cashbacks. Founded in 2011, the startup has about 5,000 restaurants listed on its platform from which employees can avail benefits on their gift cards provided by their company and can also redeem the loyalty points.
"We have about 6,500 to 7,000 merchants listed on our platform which include the restaurants.
