Speaking on the occasion, Mahmood Ali said the Chief Minister, who personally experienced the problems of farmers in the past 14 years of Telangana agitation, has been implementing schemes to protect agriculture sector and interests of farming community.
Both Congress and TDP parties had ruled the State after formation of Andhra Pradesh, but they neglected Telangana region. However, a lot of development was done by the TRS government during the last four years.
Giving top priority to agriculture sector after formation of Telangana, a number of schemes have also been introduced diverting the attention of the entire nation. Even though it is the youngest State, Telangana is in top position in growth rate, Deputy Chief Minister informed.
